Our Team

A O CMIAID Moldova employs a team of around 40 workers from Moldova. We are also glad to have a passionate group of 20 volunteers who come from Australia, United Kingdom, Romania, Russia and Armenia helping with the work.

Worker serve in a range of Social Assistance roles including working in the kitchens preparing meals, preparing aid parcels, working with children, running the Teachers' Resource Centre, fire-fighting, maintaining vehicles and making furniture for free distribution to hospitals.

Matthew Hillier

Matthew is the President of A O CMIAID Moldova. He was born in Sydney, Australia. He now lives in Zirnesti with his family. He is married to Ruth and has been living in Moldova since 2009. Matthew and Ruth have three boys. Matthew founded the work of CMIAID in Australia back in 1988

Dan Marianciuc

Dan is the Vice-President of A O CMIAID Moldova. Dan was born and grew up in the Suceava region of Romania. He is married to Melissa who comes from Australia. They have three boys. He and his family have lived in Zirnesti since 2009.
